The Kentucky chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) is hosting an educational seminar on April 15: The Foreclosure Crisis and Your Community Association: Financial, Legal & Management Tips & Techniques. The CAI recommends attendance for board members, association managers and realtors and managers of homes in foreclosure.
