Goodbye, Flabby's!

It's the end of an era. Flabby's is closed. The business is for sale, so let's hope someone will keep the history and tradition alive.

Much discussion is happening here: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Germantown-Schnitzelburg/270875305394

Germantown-Schnitzelburg Pub Club

It's been a while since we updated the blog! There's been so much activity on the Germantown-Schnitzelburg Facebook Page that we've been hanging around and posting pictures over there. Last night, though, there was a great meeting of the new Germantown-Schnitzelburg Pub Club, so we thought we would post some photos.

the Pub Club is an informal group that likes to get together and support our local pubs and restaurants by meeting up to eat and drink! This month's meeting was at Pauly's Schnitzelburg Pub. Pauly was a great host and Danny Mac's Pizza generously donated several pizzas!

The event on May 6 attracted neighbors from all over the neighborhood who volunteered their time and labor.
