It's the end of an era. Flabby's is closed. The business is for sale, so let's hope someone will keep the history and tradition alive.

Louisville Hot Bytes Community Visits Flabby's

Forum members of LouisvilleHotBytes.com visited Flabby's on March 7 and enjoyed the famous fried chicken, as well as other specialties like oyster cocktails and shooters, rolled oysters, fried chicken livers and pretzel sticks. The group of culinary connoisseurs gave the Schnitzelburg institution a big thumbs up!
